Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, invoices, and tags are included to prevent processing delays.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
